šŸ ROT #16: Get up, get out, and get it

TL;DR: This isn’t a feel-good newsletter — it’s for haulers ready to turn sweat into a real business.

No one’s coming to save you. No guru. No hack. No shortcut. The guys making $500K+ stopped making excuses and started building systems. If you’re stuck in the truck begging for jobs, you don’t own a business — you own a stressful job.

Here’s the play:

  1. Control your lead flow. Stop waiting for calls. Start running ads and tracking results.

  2. Price like a pro. Cheap work keeps you tired and broke.

  3. Execute relentlessly. Winners build while everyone else whines.

Your dump fees don’t care about excuses. Build the machine, not the wheelbarrow. šŸ

Alright, what’s Up Big Dawgs?

You signed up for Rich Off Trash because you don't want the motivational, pat you on the back, everything's going to okay, bullshit.Ā

ROT is for haulers and service pros who are serious about turning a hustle into a business that pays like a business.

Ā

🚨 Nobody’s coming to save you.

No guru. No magic ad hack. No bailout. If you’re waiting for something, you’re going to lose.

Ā

The guys stacking $500K+ didn’t get lucky—they built systems, raised their prices, and stopped making excuses.

Ā

Hustler vs. Business Owner

Are youĀ hauling junkĀ or are youĀ building a junk removal business? One keeps you stuck in the truck, begging for jobs. While the other builds you freedom, assets, and long-term wealth.

Ā

šŸ“Œ Ask yourself right now:

Do you own a business—or just a job with extra headaches and a prick of a boss?

Ā

Step 1: Control Your Lead Flow

If you’re sitting around hoping the phone rings... I hate to tell you this but, you’ve already lost.

Ā

āŒ Word of mouth = slow death.Ā

āŒ Buying leads from Angi/Thumbtack = scraps.Ā

āŒ Being scared to spend on ads = volunteering to stay broke.

Ā

Action:Ā Pick one channel—Google Ads, flyers, cold calls, door-to-door, Meta Ads. Doesn’t matter which. What matters is you run it, track it, and stick with it long enough to see if it works.

Ā

Don’t overthink your budget. Start small. Test. Double down when it works, pivot when it doesn’t.

Ā

Step 2: Price Like a Pro

Most haulers are terrified of hearing ā€œno,ā€ so they stay cheap. Cheap keeps you busy, not profitable.

Ā

āŒ If you’re closing every lead, your prices are too low.Ā

āŒ If your customers never push back, you’re too cheap.Ā

āŒ If your jobs leave you worn out but broke, you’re screwing yourself.

Ā

The game isn’t necessarily more jobs—it’s better jobs. That's the difference.

Ā

Action: Know your costs (labor, dump, fuel, insurance, repairs). Add a profit margin. Stick to it. Stop apologizing for your price. Be confident when you sell because if you're not, the customer on the other end won't be confident in you either.

Ā

Step 3: Execute Relentlessly

The ones winning aren’t whining about the economy, gas prices, or competition. They’re building brands, dialing in ads, and creating repeatable systems while everyone else cries on Facebook.

Ā

They're figuring it out instead of feeling sorry for themselves complaining to anyone that'll listen.

Ā

You’ve got two options

Keep blaming. Stay stuck.Ā

Take ownership. Build something.

Ā

Here’s What to DoĀ This Week

Ā

āœ… Pick ONE marketing channel and commit to it.Ā

āœ… Audit your pricing—are you actually profitable?Ā

āœ… Take one excuse you’ve been hiding behind and kill it.

Ā

Because your excuses don’t pay dump fees. The guys making real money aren’t smarter or luckier. They just move faster, make better decisions, and never quit.

Ā

So what’s it gonna be?

Ā

Keep pushing a wheelbarrow uphill, or build a machine that prints leads and cash without you?

Ā

Let’s get it šŸšŸšŸ
