Hi, I'm Justin Hubbard
With a foundation in Business Management from Fitchburg State University, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey that has spanned over a decade. My first venture, Hubbard Business Solutions, launched in 2012, set the stage for my mission: to support small businesses through expert advice, mentorship, and specialized development services.

My entrepreneurial spirit led me to co-found Grizzly Junk Pros in 2014, a full-service junk removal and dumpster rental service catering to Fairfield, New Haven, and Westchester Counties. Identifying a unique need among our customers, I designed The Grizzly Bag, a versatile heavy-duty dumpster bag solution that has revolutionized debris removal and used in states across the nation. Today, Grizzly Junk Pros has proudly served over 14,000 customers, with a fleet of 8 trucks and over 100 dumpsters, while consistently earning top reviews for our more than 6,000 bookings per year.

In 2016, I expanded my ventures into the gutter cleaning industry with Gutter Pros, witnessing significant year-over-year growth and achieving my first business acquisition from a national service provider in 2019. That same year marked the inception of New Life Warehouse, a project close to my heart that focuses on repurposing quality items to reduce landfill waste. My passion for horses and family adventures also inspired the launch of Equine Endeavors in 2021, blending business with pleasure.

With a successful journey of transforming a single truck into a thriving hauling business, I recognized the need for a united community within our fragmented industry. Driven by a passion to empower fellow haulers, I founded a free online forum dedicated to open communication and collaboration. This platform stands as a testament to my commitment to fostering growth and reducing the learning curve for others in the industry. It's a space where challenges are shared, solutions are found, and successes are celebrated together, embodying my belief in the power of collective wisdom to drive our industry forward.

Beyond my businesses, I dedicate time to Hope in Harmony, a nonprofit that leverages music to support underprivileged youth and those in need, serving as CFO and founding board member for ten years.

Away from the hustle, my lakefront home in Stamford with my wife and two daughters is my sanctuary. We are eagerly anticipating the arrival of our third child this summer. A former college baseball player, I keep the spirit alive playing softball in our local league, and I'm known among friends for my love of a good Habana cigar, a green lawn, smoked meats, and lively rounds at the skeet shooting range.
