AI is everywhere right now. Feels like every day there's a new tool claiming it'll replace how we work. But here's what I've learned from years in the junk, dumpster, and demo business:
We’re still a people business.
No AI or app can replace trust, connection, or showing up when it counts. Shaking a hand, being reliable, and genuinely caring about your customers—these things can't be automated.
The more AI handles routine tasks, the more your human side stands out.

No machine can truly say, “Don’t worry, we've got you.” That kindness and patience stick with people. They'll never forget how you treated them.
